All orders are processed within 48 hours, except during the holidays.
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active to track the item.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label. Return your order within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund to the original payment method.

After 30 days, returns will only be accepted if the item is not used for full store credit only. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase, return your order within 30 days to receive a pre-paid shipping label. Once received, your exchange order will be shipped within 24 hours.
